The Administrator takes ownership for their position. There is always a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized image for our organization. They will strive to improve the quality of the overall Starr experience for each member through their position and responsibilities.
Resourcefulness:
Every interaction with a member or potential member must be recognized and used as a promotional tool. Every effort must be made to ensure that Starr Gymnastics is well received and well known within the community. Also, free time must be used to improve the quality of service we offer or to maximize on our potential for growth and development as an organization.

Program Excellence:
The Starr Staff will at all times fulfill their duties and offer a superior program to the very best of their abilities. They will plan, scan and act to ensure that they are consistently exceeding the expectations of our customers. They will strive to have an excellent program (class, party, camp session, satellite school program) on every occasion and they will work to ensure that every participant leaves happy, feeling positive about gymnastics and Starr.
Image Excellence:
The staff will at all times be conscious of their words, appearance and actions whenever they are in or around any Starr Gymnastics facility. They will strive to "look" and "act" the part of a "Starr Coach" or "Starr Entertainer" for the full duration of their program and they will complete all duties with positive energy and enthusiasm. They will also be conscious of their important status within the community and will strive to present themselves in a manner that reflects the Vision and Mission of Starr Gymnastics at all times.
Communication Excellence:
The staff agrees to communicate their comments, concerns, needs, ideas and suggestions to the Starr Management Team using the proper channels. There will always be the intent of improving the quality of programs offered at Starr Gymnastics for the customers and staff. All constructive feedback will be followed by suggestions and potential solutions to be considered by Management. All communication is made with respect and with the understanding that Management decisions must be obeyed and upheld at all times.
