Qualifications:
- Experience with Children (Coaching, Teaching, Daycare, Summer Camp Counselor, Leadership Training, Life-Guarding, Babysitting, etc.)
- First Aid and CPR (Level C)
- A Vehicle (Not Required)
Bonus Qualifications:
- Degree in one of the following:
- Early Childhood Education
- Human Kinetics
- Psychology or Sociology
- Business Administration or Business Management
- Previous Sport or Gymnastics Certification:
- NCCP Level 1 / Level 2
- Technical Level 1 / Level 2
- Trampoline Level 1 / Level 2
- Any other Coaching Level Certifications

A Person Applying for this Position Must Have:
- A very high standard of work ethic and commitment to quality
- A flexible schedule and be available Days, Evenings and Weekends
- Leadership Training (Management Training is a bonus)
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to motivate, instruct and educate all ages and abilities of athletes
- An eagerness to explore new techniques and philosophies surrounding coaching
