• Preschool Coaching Team
• Instructional Coaching Team
• Advanced Instructional Coaching Team
• Competitive Coaching Team
• Satellite School Program Coaching Team

Qualifications:

• Experience with Children (Coaching, Teaching, Daycare, Summer Camp Counselor, Leadership Training, Life-Guarding, Babysitting, etc.)
• First Aid and CPR (Level C)
• A Vehicle (Not Required)

Bonus Qualifications:

• Degree in one of the following:
  • Early Childhood Education
  • Human Kinetics
  • Psychology or Sociology
  • Business Administration or Business Management
• Previous Sport or Gymnastics Certification:
  • NCCP Level 1 / Level 2
  • Technical Level 1 / Level 2
  • Trampoline Level 1 / Level 2
  • Any other Coaching Level Certifications

A Person Applying for this Position Must Have:

• A very high standard of work ethic and commitment to quality
• A flexible schedule and be available Days, Evenings and Weekends
• Leadership Training (Management Training is a bonus)
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to motivate, instruct and educate all ages and abilities of athletes
• An eagerness to explore new techniques and philosophies surrounding coaching
