That Adult Gymnastics program is open to adults of all fitness levels, and promises to provide challenge to anyone and everyone. Our expert instructors are certified to work with everyone from the gym-rookies to past competitive athletes looking to get back in the swing of things. The class begins with an intense cardiovascular workout followed by extensive stretching and conditioning programs to get you ready for the high-flying tricks… then on to the events where we strive to meet your personal goals for gymnastics success! Whether you're looking for general fitness or for new ways to bend and twist your body, the Adult Gymnastics program is sure to keep you coming back for more!
