What Is GYM-FITTM?

The GYM-FITTM Training System is a circuit-based approach to fitness training that targets all major muscle groups in a single workout, while simultaneously helping develop a greater cardiovascular capacity. An athlete who participates in our program will come out with increased levels of strength, flexibility, power and endurance in as short as 10 weeks!

Why Is GYM-FITTM So Effective?

It’s diverse, using multiple training aids such as Stability Balls, Dumbbells, Tubing, Aerobic Steps, Medicine Balls, Skipping Ropes… No 2 workouts are ever the same!

There are multiple levels of difficulty to challenge every athlete, from beginner to fitness guru.

All exercises are safe and tested to ensure maximum results while minimizing the risk of injury.

Music keeps the athletes motivated, and the time spent at each station is short… so workouts are fast-paced, intense and most importantly FUN!

Our expert staff are trained to help ensure athletes are executing skills properly… It’s like having your own personal trainer EVERY TIME!

What Else Makes GYM-FITTM Unique?

Every Instructional Program at Starr has a GYM-FITTM component… even the Mini Moons (18 Months to 3 Years) will have a special way to work out that makes fitness fun and rewarding!

The athletes will also put together routines and showcase them at the end of the session… you will SEE their fitness in action!
