Age: 6 Years and Up
Class Length: 120 Minutes/class x 2 classes week
Prerequisites: Must Complete All Level Skills (Bronze 1, 2, 3)

Fee Structure:

Option 1 – $1850 + Tax ($174.21/month)

10months of 4 hour/week program (September-June)
2months of 2 hour/week program (July-August)
Physical Abilities practices (all 5 offered)
One-on-One Choreography session (March)
Summer Training Camp (August 20-24)

Option 2 - $1650 + Tax ($155.38/month)

10months of 4 hour/week program (September-June)
2months of 2 hour/week program (July-August)
ONE physical abilities practice

Class Description:
Instructional II is the program designed for the more Advanced gymnasts that come to Starr. These athletes are working on the "Silver" and "Gold" levels of the In-House Curriculum. It provides them with many new skills, combinations and routines that are challenging and diverse. There is a stronger emphasis on flexibility and strength training since athletes must be prepared for more demanding movements and more elaborate techniques. It will take the Instructional II athlete more practice and more time to complete each level of the curriculum, so we have increased the time they spend in the gym. They can expect a more rigorous training program and more emphasis on proper execution, balanced with a constant focus on fun, personal development and positive reinforcement.
